Gaining Access to LEED Projects Through Discounted Group FSC Certification Program
As our economy continues to rebound more and more FSC and LEED jobs are becoming available. While this can be great news for many of our members there is one drawback. In order to provide components for these projects the manufacturer must be FSC Chain of Custody certified. It can sometimes be very difficult for companies to complete the process on their own. It can also be very time consuming, and expensive. Manufacturers hate to turn down orders, as often their competition gains valuable inroads with customers because they are able to fill an important supplier role.
In order to help our membership, the WPMA has established a discounted FSC group certificate program that provides examples of all required paperwork and walks people thru the entire process so that they may be certified. A large portion of the membership has benefited from this service and have increased annual sales as a result. Many members have expressed their appreciation for having access to a full-time, knowledgeable person to assist them throughout the process and during the year as needed, all at an extremely reasonable price.
The WPMA initiated, and administers, this program as a member benefit to help companies develop as much new and profitable business as possible. Readers that would like information on the program should act as soon as possible to initiate the process once they have an opportunity to quote on required projects. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Philip Bibeau at WPMA 978-874-5445 for more information.
